With 45 years of experience in the manufacture of various types of Fabrics and 29 years of experience in the
manufacture of various blended Yarns and with a thoroughly experienced Management, we are in a position to
offer you fabrics of blended yarn, in any possible combination in Viscose, Cotton, and Linen yarns. Cheran
Spinner Pvt. Ltd was established in the year 1991. We have an integrated spinning and weaving unit
comprising 36,000 spindles and three Vortex machines.
Apart from being a manufacturer of yarn, Cheran Weaves India Pvt. Ltd., is our venture into being a
manufacturer of fabrics. The weaving unit was established in the year 2014 comprising 60 Airjet looms.
Our weaving unit specializes in the production of 100% Viscose, Liva Eco, Excel, Eco Vero, Tencel, Cotton-Linen,
Viscose-Linen blended Fabrics. We also export our yarn to many countries such as the United States of
America, Germany, Egypt, Spain, Turkey, Italy, Japan, Korea, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka.
We also specialize in Grey Airjet Dobby fabrics in bulk quantities. At present we are producing 10 Lac meters
per month. Apart from running our 60 Airjet looms, as Master weavers, we are running 50 looms on job-work
basis. As of date, our production capacity exceeds 10 Lac Meters per month, based on the demand. Around
our production area, we have a well-set network of Weaving, Dyeing as well as Processing Units in and around
Erode to support our manufacturing.
